Higher Education Leadership Institute
Christ University Higher Education Leadership Institute is a partnership between Christ University and the United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia
The institute was established to shape the leadership landscape and foster excellence in higher education. It strives to evolve evidence-based leadership models, curriculum, and programs through continuous research and evaluation.
The institute's focused training events are designed to cultivate higher education leadership evangelists who can act as multipliers of the leadership vision and practices at their institutions and organisations.
In the United States, higher education prioritizes leadership development activities, emphasizing robust evaluation frameworks to ensure effective organizational change.
Only 7 out of 54 central universities in the UK have female vice-chancellors (UGC, 2015).
A systematic review revealed that the overall volume of Asian research on educational leadership and management that appeared in international journals was low, despite the steady increase in previous years (Hallinger & Bryant, 2013).
India has over 55,165 higher education institutions based on the All India Survey on Higher Education, a survey in 2020, published by the Government of India.

EXPLORE is a mid-career leadership development programme curated by the Christ University Higher Education Leadership Institute in collaboration with the United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia.

Facilitation Skills for Leadership Development

The Facilitation Skills for Leadership Development workshop, organized by the Christ University Higher Education Leadership Institute in collaboration with the United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia, was designed to strengthen facilitation and presentation capabilities among academic leaders and educators.
